Recycled PET felt, made in Dubai
PET felt panels are pressed from recycled polyester fibre — largely post-consumer plastic bottle stock — into a dense, self-supporting board that is itself fully recyclable at end of life. There is no resin binder, no formaldehyde and no loose fibre, so the panels are safe to handle and cut on site.
Where it is used
The 9 mm board is a direct wall and ceiling finish; 12 mm and 24 mm are specified where a lower speech-frequency target has to be met, or where the panel is used as a free-hanging baffle or desk screen. We cut every panel to the project's dimensions in-house, including curves, perforation patterns and routed shapes.
Finishes
Five stock colours — charcoal, grey, kraft, sand and forest green — with other shades available to order for fit-out work. The felt takes digital print and CNC relief, so bespoke patterns and brand colours can be matched to a specification.

Because the honest answer depends on quantity, size, fabric or veneer, and whether we install it. We manufacture to specification rather than sell off the shelf, so every enquiry is quoted properly — normally within one business day.
It is quoted separately, once we know the site, the access and the finish. Many customers fit panel packs themselves; project work — ceilings, isolation, custom structures — is almost always supply and install.
